Ma Grande Louloute a commencé à apprendre l’Anglais à l’école. A 4 ans, elle n’est pas encore vraiment prête à se débrouiller seule, mais elle apprend beaucoup de choses – plein de mots et surtout des chansons. Voici celle qui revient beaucoup ces deniers jours. Il s’agit d’une comptine très populaire parmi les petits anglophones, et maintenant chez nous aussi !

« Brille, brille, petite étoile » est une célèbre comptine anglaise qui a traversé les générations pour devenir une berceuse universelle. Écrite au début du XIXe siècle par Jane Taylor, cette chanson douce et simple était au départ un poème, chanté adapté et chanté sur l’air de la comptine française « Ah! vous dirai-je, maman ». Voici le poème complet :
